Delivery to UK Mainland.

Delivery will be as stated on order page. Please note if we state 7 Day delivery. This will mean 7 working days from the moment has reached our bank account, (usually 2 to 3 days).

Our blinds are all made to measure and so we ask for your patience in allowing make-up and delivery.

Delivery Outside UK Mainland
Currently we are unable to provide delivery outside the UK Mainland.

1St Delivery
Delivery will be made direct to your delivery address. Should you not be there, then a card will be left stating delivery will be made again tomorrow or contact the depot to re-deliver.

2nd Attempt
If no-one in a card will be left stating the parcel will be returned to the couriers and held for 5 days.

Re-Delivery Charge.
Should you not then contact the couriers within this time. Your blind will be returned to us and then sent back out to you again. Please note that if this happens you will be charged a redelivery charge (usually £13.00)
